Skinny Spicy Margarita Mocktail

A light, zesty, and refreshing non-alcoholic margarita with a kick of jalapeño and no refined sugar. Perfect for summer sipping!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice about 4 limes
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice from 1 small orange
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave optional
  • 3–4 slices fresh jalapeño remove seeds for less heat
  • sparkling water or club soda to top off
  • Tajin or coarse sea salt for rimming
  • ice

Method
 

  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into tajin or coarse sea salt to rim it. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. In a mason jar or cocktail shaker, combine lime juice, orange juice, jalapeño slices, and honey (if using).
  3. Add ice to the jar, seal it, and shake well to mix and chill.
  4. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass.
  5. Top off with sparkling water or club soda.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge and a jalapeño slice for presentation.

Notes

No orange juice? Swap in pineapple or mango juice. For extra heat, muddle the jalapeño before shaking. Sweeten to taste or skip honey/agave for a true skinny version.
