Skinny Spicy Margarita Mocktail

A light, zesty, and refreshing non-alcoholic margarita with a kick of jalapeño and no refined sugar. Perfect for summer sipping!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice about 4 limes
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice from 1 small orange
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave optional
  • 3–4 slices fresh jalapeño remove seeds for less heat
  • sparkling water or club soda to top off
  • Tajin or coarse sea salt for rimming
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into tajin or coarse sea salt to rim it. Fill the glass with ice.
  • In a mason jar or cocktail shaker, combine lime juice, orange juice, jalapeño slices, and honey (if using).
  • Add ice to the jar, seal it, and shake well to mix and chill.
  • Strain the mixture into your prepared glass.
  • Top off with sparkling water or club soda.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and a jalapeño slice for presentation.

Notes

No orange juice? Swap in pineapple or mango juice. For extra heat, muddle the jalapeño before shaking. Sweeten to taste or skip honey/agave for a true skinny version.
