Ingredients
For the Salad:
1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup croutons (gluten-free if needed)
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
For the Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1- Prepare the Dressing:
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, grated Parmesan, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2- Assemble the Salad:
In a large salad bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the prepared dressing until evenly coated.
3- Add Toppings:
