A delicious, hearty sandwich stacked with fresh deli meats, cheese, and crisp veggies—perfect for lunch or a quick meal!
Ingredients
4 slices deli-style bread (rye, sourdough, or whole wheat)
4 oz turkey breast, thinly sliced
4 oz roast beef, thinly sliced
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 slices cheddar cheese
4 leaves lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
4 slices tomato
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp pickles, sliced (optional)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
2️⃣ Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and a pinch of salt & pepper on two slices of bread.
3️⃣ Add Swiss cheese, roast beef, cheddar cheese, and turkey breast.
4️⃣ Top with pickles if using.
5️⃣ Place the remaining bread slices on top, press gently, and slice in half.
6️⃣ Serve immediately and enjoy!
