Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (plant-based or whey)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
Instructions
