Ingredients
1 lb fresh halibut fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced

8 small corn or flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
Fresh cilantro and lime wedges, for garnish
For the Creamy White Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 tbsp lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Marinate the Halibut: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add halibut fillets and coat evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Cook the Halibut: Grill, bake, or pan-sear the halibut for 4–5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
