Ingredients
1 cup dried green lentils, rinsed
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, diced
3 cups vegetable broth
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Combine lentils, carrots, celery, onion, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
