1¼ cups sugar
2 large eggs + 1 yolk (cold)

⅓ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
