Description

Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with savory garlic flavor, this Slow Cooker Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pasta is an easy, comforting meal perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends.


Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 bottle (12 oz) Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce

12 oz heavy whipping cream (use the sauce bottle to measure)

8 oz cream cheese, cubed

1½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese (divided)

16 oz pasta (spiral pasta or penne)


Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.

  • Pour the entire bottle of Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the chicken.

  • Fill the empty sauce bottle with heavy whipping cream, shake well, and pour it into the slow cooker.

  • Scatter the cubed cream cheese and 1 cup of shredded Parmesan over the top.

  • Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours.

  • Once the chicken is tender, shred it directly in the slow cooker.

  • Cook the pasta separately according to the package instructions, drain, and add it to the slow cooker.

  • Stir everything gently and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of Parmesan cheese over the top.

  • Let the pasta sit for 15–20 minutes to thicken before serving.

Notes

Double the recipe for larger crowds, using a bigger slow cooker.

Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

You can substitute pre-cooked shredded chicken; reduce cook time to just heating through.

Garnish with fresh parsley for an elegant touch.
